A Women's Evening of Self-Connection, Meditation & Sound Healing
You were taught, somewhere along the way, that keeping the connection to others mattered more than staying connected to yourself. So the self-doubt crept in quietly—not because you're unsure of yourself, but because disagreement started to feel like a risk to the relationship.
Here's what we're actually doing this evening: understanding why the connection to yourself has to come before the connection to everyone else, seeing clearly how you were taught to reverse that order, and building a real practice to rebuild it.
This Evening Is For You If…
You've told a friend something you're excited about, felt them not quite match it, and quietly put the idea down
You say "wherever's fine" even when you have a real preference, just to keep things easy
Someone in your family raises an eyebrow at a choice you made, and you start explaining yourself before you've even decided if you need to
You edit what you're about to say before you say it, scanning first for whether it might cause friction
Your sense of worth comes from what you can give to others, not from who you are—so you feel good about yourself only when you're helping, fixing, or doing for someone else
Somewhere along the way, agreement started to feel safe and disagreement started to feel like a threat
What We'll Do Together
This isn't a lecture, and it isn't a performance. It's a guided evening built around a few simple movements:
Locate where this pattern lives in your body—the tightening, the shrinking, the moment you go quiet
Clear it energetically through guided meditation and sound healing, at the level it actually lives
Build the awareness to catch the moment it's happening, in real time—not after the fact
Practice reconnecting with yourself, in community with other women doing the same work
What You'll Walk Away With
Not a lecture you'll forget by Monday—the felt sense of trusting your own yes: posting the thing, taking the path, choosing what's true for you—even when no one approves it but you.
Release the Self-Doubt
Awareness to Catch It in the Moment
Trust Yourself Enough to Choose It
Plus simple practices you can keep using whenever you notice yourself losing connection with you.
